We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
• Unworn or unused, with no signs of wear
• All tags attached and in the original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll notify you and issue your refund to your original payment method. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply.

Product Return Conditions

Our store is committed to assisting customers with product exchanges or returns in the following cases:

• Faulty printing: blurry printing, color loss, distortion not matching the design sample
• Spelling errors on the product
• Incorrect color delivered compared to the placed order
• Unwanted color stains or marks on the product
• Any other issues caused by our products or services

Note

Products at Bensbold are designed and manufactured according to customer specifications. Therefore, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

• Incorrect print selection by the customer
• Choosing an incorrect or unsuitable size
• Spelling errors or incorrect information provided by the customer (for custom products)
